Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States; work from anywhere in the Americas

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Review account activity and payment approval requests using AI-assisted analysis, pattern-recognition tools, and sound judgment.
• Investigate suspicious activity, identify fraud patterns, and support the implementation of regulatory requirements.
• Use AI tools to analyze large datasets, draft communications, and evaluate risk and user-experience trade-offs.
• Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency or reduce operational risk.
• Document findings and collaborate with product, support, and business teams on risk-aware decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, compliance, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, data-analysis tools, or automation platforms, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and interest in how decisions affect users.
• Must be able to work remotely from Canada, the United States, or elsewhere in the Americas.
