Analytics Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Eagle, Idaho or Salt Lake City, Utah

Healthcare organization providing services through senior living, home health, hospice, and home care businesses across the United States.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse models.
• Develop and support dbt transformation pipelines with automated testing.
• Translate business requirements into trusted datasets, reusable data products, semantic models, and business metrics.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability.
• Support data quality, governance, lineage, and documentation initiatives.
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt.
• Experience with dimensional data modeling and data governance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Eagle, Idaho or Salt Lake City, Utah.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Healthcare data experience.
