TL;DR
Sr BI Product Manager (Business Intelligence/Healthcare): Owning and delivering BI solution products that translate customer needs into actionable analytics and business insights with an accent on product strategy, requirements definition, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on building visualizations for tactical and strategic audiences, integrating data analysis and machine learning capabilities, and driving successful product implementation across the organization.
Location: IL - Chicago, United States
Base pay range: $92,700–$167,500 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do
- Own and manage one or more business intelligence solution products.
- Translate customer needs and business problems into actionable BI solutions with measurable business value.
- Write technical requirements, prioritize development, and coordinate delivery with stakeholders.
- Support successful product implementation and promote adoption across a broad audience.
- Present solutions to different organizational levels and build visualizations for tactical and strategic use cases.
- In some cases, assist with BI development and data engineering and indirectly coordinate analytics consultants and data engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a quantitative field, or an actuarial credential or master's degree with 2 years of related experience, or a Ph.D. in a related quantitative field.
- Experience independently delivering or leading a complex analytics or BI project or product.
- At least 2 years of experience with BI applications such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in at least four of six areas: data analysis and relational query languages, machine learning or statistical modeling, data visualization, high-level programming, distributed computing, and healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach and a learning and growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a computational field.
- Bachelor's degree with significant healthcare experience.
- SQL proficiency.
