GTM Customer Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote; must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities. Occasional travel to customer sites is required, and U.S. Top Secret security clearance may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD base pay annually, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Advise customers and partners from technical discovery through deployment of Fury-powered capabilities.
• Translate mission and business requirements into technical architectures with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture teams.
• Build customized pilots, prototypes, evaluation suites, and implementation patterns for foundation-model applications.
• Lead technical workshops and reviews with customer engineering teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead customer engineers while defining scalable playbooks and processes.
• Document prompting, evaluation, agentic, and architecture techniques and share insights through conferences, talks, blog posts, and white papers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Product Management, or a related technical role.
• Production experience with LLMs, VLMs, and/or VLAs, including prompt engineering, agent frameworks, evaluation, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in JSON, Python, or TypeScript, with experience building production applications.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and collaborate across organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; U.S. Person status is required.

• Experience as a technical founder.
• Ability or willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
