GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (flexible), US-based

Salary: $120K–$155K annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Build GTM automation, workflows, and integrations across CRM, marketing automation, engagement, data enrichment, and service platforms.
• Create live visibility into product usage, account health, and expansion signals for Sales and Customer Success.
• Automate handoffs between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support Services.
• Develop dynamic account scoring and whitespace mapping to prioritize expansion opportunities.
• Use AI and LLM tooling to build lead enrichment, automation, and agent workflows, and develop AI governance for GTM.
• Maintain data quality and system architecture, troubleshoot integrations, document workflows, and provide first-line technical support.

Requirements

• Strong experience with automation, APIs, and backend integrations.
• Experience using AI/LLM APIs to build and maintain automations, workflows, or agent systems.
• Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, and Slack.
• Working proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript, plus the ability to write and read SQL.
• Ability to scope ambiguous business problems, build maintainable technical solutions, and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote and asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

• Full-stack software engineering or systems development experience.
• RevOps, Sales Engineering, or technical experience supporting revenue teams at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable enrichment and orchestration platforms.
• Experience in B2B vertical SaaS, commercial real estate, or proptech.
