Lean Expert (Manufacturing)

hirify.global develops and services advanced lithography machines used by leading chipmakers to produce smaller, more powerful and energy-efficient microchips.

What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of Lean transformation deployment plans.
• Lead process improvement projects and implement complex process enhancements.
• Define success criteria, roles and responsibilities, and regularly challenge progress with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop leaders in Lean principles, problem-solving techniques and Lean behaviors.
• Support business impact initiatives including A3s, 4Cs and Breakthrough Initiatives.
• Share deployment progress, remove bottlenecks and improve Lean standards and daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or supply chain, preferably including line management experience.
• 3+ years of experience training, coaching, deploying and applying Lean in a company-wide manufacturing or logistics transformation.
• 3+ years of basic project management experience.
• Expert knowledge of Lean transformation, process improvement and quality management tools.
• Practical experience with problem-solving methodologies such as Lean A3 and Six Sigma, plus proven change management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hoshin Kanri and Value Stream Mapping.
• Previous team lead or group lead experience.
