Engineering Manager, Enterprise Platform

What you will do

• Lead a fullstack engineering team building enterprise platform capabilities for adopting, deploying, and scaling hirify.global.
• Define the team strategy and roadmap with Product and Design, connecting technical investments to customer and business outcomes.
• Guide architecture across access controls, audit logging, administration experiences, API and MCP integrations.
• Evolve infrastructure and controls to support AI agents, autonomous workflows, new compute demands, and increasingly complex workloads.
• Drive delivery from scoping through launch, balancing security, reliability, quality, execution speed, and maintainability.
• Work with customers and go-to-market partners while coaching engineers, improving collaboration, and building a strong team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to navigate a codebase and contribute to design and architecture decisions.
• Experience setting technical direction and delivering complex projects that improve customer outcomes and support business growth.
• Ability to identify common customer needs and build scalable platform foundations for multiple products and use cases.
• Experience coaching engineers, managing performance, recruiting, and building high-performing teams.
• Clear communication, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and effective collaboration across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams.
