Implementation Manager (Fraud and Compliance Integrations)

Location: Remote - UAE. The role requires maintaining a home base in the country of hire; remote work is flexible within that country and is not borderless.

Estimated base salary: AED 340K–AED 475K, plus equity and a 10% bonus. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Support clients end to end during onboarding and deployment.
• Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions using the platform’s capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
• Share customer insights and product feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis experience.
• Experience with OpenAPI, web development, scripting, and tools or languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman.
