Manager, Launch Operations

Location: Chicago, Illinois; Nashville, Tennessee; or New York, New York, United States. The role includes occasional regional travel and in-person support during critical go-live days.

Base salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee hundreds of East Region site launches from contracting through post-launch execution and post-launch monitoring.
• Coordinate Sales, Business Development, Product, Tech, Local Operations, property managers, real estate partners, and field teams to keep launch deliverables on track.
• Manage regional budgets, signage requests, launch reporting, and real-time project status visibility for leadership.
• Support tenant and enterprise onboarding, educate field teams on platforms and SOPs, and maintain system hygiene.
• Partner with Product and Tech to build automated tools and SOPs that reduce manual operational work.
• Deploy automated email campaigns and use AI tools, Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, and Tableau to improve workflows and subscriber conversion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site projects from contracting through post-launch execution.
• Working knowledge of project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, and Tableau.
• Experience using AI tools, operational metrics, executive reporting, and automated email campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and property managers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for critical on-site go-lives and interest in transportation, parking, mobility, logistics, or real estate technology.
