Project Manager: Clinical Research, PCS (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead and develop Clinical Project Coordinators, Project Management Associates, and project support professionals.
• Oversee project risks, costs, schedules, scope, change control, and quality of deliverables.
• Monitor project dashboards, metrics, resource allocation, utilization, invoices, and reporting requirements.
• Coach, train, mentor, and evaluate direct reports while setting performance expectations and development goals.
• Prepare status reports, tracking reports, presentations, and team information for senior management and stakeholder meetings.
• Partner with functional groups to implement continuous improvement initiatives and support department resourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing and developing individuals and teams, including resource planning, prioritization, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall technology skills.
