D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience

An established Microsoft Solutions Partner expanding its Microsoft Dynamics practice and delivering customer-focused CRM and Power Platform projects.

What you will do

• Manage functional delivery across new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations and existing system improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and shape practical solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Run discovery sessions and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and support UAT, data migration, training, and system rollouts.
• Act as a key customer contact throughout project delivery and identify opportunities to improve CRM and Power Platform usage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience with D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Ability to run workshops, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership while collaborating with consulting and technical teams.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for this remote role.
