Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

What you will do

• Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for Customer Service, Sales, case management, workflow management, and custom business scenarios.
• Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls.
• Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and application lifecycle management processes.
• Design and deliver integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, plug-ins, APIs, and related services.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, solution design, platform adoption, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Support planning, estimation, sprint delivery, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and mentoring of consultants and developers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, security management, environment management, and solution management.
• Experience designing or integrating Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
• Strong understanding of C# and .NET, Dataverse plug-in development, JavaScript form customisation, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile and sprint-based delivery, plus strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or intelligent automation experience.
• Power Pages design and governance, PCF, or Power BI data modelling and dashboards.
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD for Power Platform solutions, including Pipelines or Git Repos.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Data Lake architectures.
• Experience in regulated or public-sector delivery environments.
