Property Valuer (Property Valuation)

Location: Brisbane, Australia, with valuations across Queensland and the Pacific region. Hybrid work requires working in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week, with national and international travel.

What you will do

• Undertake valuations of different property types for financial reporting, insurance, and other purposes.
• Manage multiple valuation projects and deliver work within deadlines.
• Travel across Queensland, Australia, and internationally for key client commitments.
• Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on valuation approaches, methodologies, and tools.
• Develop strategies to expand client relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.

Requirements

• AAPI membership with CPV qualification.
• At least two years of experience performing valuations.
• Project management experience.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
• Successful applicants must complete criminal and bankruptcy checks before employment.
