Senior CP&D Manager (Education)

Location: Washington, DC, United States; open to remote work

Salary: $117,657–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of schools, groups, districts, and school systems to strengthen partnerships and support sustainable growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior education leaders and act as the main point of contact for partners.
• Support IB programme development, authorization, evaluation, and quality improvement across the programme lifecycle.
• Identify retention, viability, and service risks; lead issue resolution, complaints handling, and service recovery.
• Identify growth opportunities, connect partners with relevant IB offerings and networks, and support advocacy.
• Adapt partnership plans to local education policies and contexts, using data and stakeholder insights to advise CP&D leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in education leadership, school improvement, change management, or partnership and portfolio management.
• Understanding of public, private, and/or international school contexts and education systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Analytical, project planning, and portfolio planning skills, with the ability to turn data into action.
• Fluent English required; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Salesforce or similar CRM experience is preferred.

• Master’s degree or relevant professional accreditation.
• Additional relevant local language skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
