Change Management Specialist (ERP Cloud)

What you will do

• Develop and manage the change strategy, roadmap, workplan, and ADKAR-based adoption activities for an ERP Cloud implementation and broader business transformation.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, resistance risks, role changes, process changes, and capability gaps.
• Lead business readiness activities, including sponsor alignment, manager preparation, change champion engagement, UAT readiness, cutover readiness, go-live preparation, and hypercare transition.
• Create audience-specific communications, FAQs, leadership updates, presentations, workshops, demos, surveys, office hours, and feedback sessions.
• Lead training and user enablement planning, including learner groups, schedules, attendance tracking, job aids, process documentation, and role-based learning content.
• Maintain change deliverables, readiness trackers, adoption metrics, resistance logs, risks, dependencies, status updates, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, human resources, communications, organizational development, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management activities for business transformation, ERP, technology, process, or operating model initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex project, process, and system changes into clear, actionable messages for varied audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in London, Ontario, Canada, or Glen Allen, Virginia, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP Cloud implementations, digital transformation, business process change, or large-scale system adoption.
• Experience with collaboration, learning, survey, or project management tools.
• PROSCI Certification in Change Management.
