Sales Learning Content Developer (Luxury Hospitality)

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, United States; primarily office-based/hybrid. Occasional domestic travel and yacht visits may be required, generally less than 10%.

What you will do

• Design and develop sales onboarding, product knowledge, luxury selling, systems, process, service, leadership, and ongoing development content.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, digital, microlearning, video, eLearning, facilitator-guide, participant, assessment, and job-aid materials.
• Translate complex or changing business information into concise, accurate learning that supports frontline sales performance.
• Partner with subject-matter experts, Sales leaders, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Knowledge Management to gather requirements, validate content, and secure approvals.
• Build and maintain content in the LMS and other digital learning platforms, including version control, metadata, review cycles, and content retirement.
• Use learner feedback, performance data, business outcomes, new authoring tools, AI-assisted methods, and learning technologies to improve content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent portfolio and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, enablement, or a related area.
• Demonstrated portfolio creating instructor-led, virtual, digital, and performance-support content for adult learners.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 or comparable authoring tools and experience working with an LMS.
• Strong writing, editing, visual organization, information design, project management, quality assurance, and version-control skills.
• Ability to work in a primarily office-based/hybrid environment in Ft. Lauderdale and travel domestically or visit yachts occasionally.

• Experience developing sales, hospitality, travel, reservations-center, or service learning.
• Luxury brand experience.
• Experience with multimedia, AI-assisted workflows, and rapid content development.
