Digital Marketing Specialist (AI)

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 average yearly compensation, based on experience and geographical location.

What you will do

• Develop and execute organic and paid search strategies across SEO, SEM, AEO, and GEO.
• Build and optimize website content, technical SEO, keywords, and landing pages to improve search visibility and ROI.
• Manage PPC campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging AI advertising platforms.
• Partner with external digital agencies to scale campaigns and select effective advertising networks.
• Track, analyze, and report on website analytics, campaign performance, budgets, and ad spend.
• Connect digital marketing attribution and performance data with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing SEM campaigns and SEO.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Excel or Google Sheets, and performance marketing tools.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid social and display networks.
• Hands-on experience using AI advertising tools for automated bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, landing page optimization, and ROI measurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
