SEO & GEO Associate

Location: Remote within the United States, working continental US-based hours; the role may also be based in the Philadelphia HQ office.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive client traffic and ROI through competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building.
• Support organic strategy for a portfolio of clients and build annual and quarterly SEO and GEO roadmaps.
• Improve client visibility in AI-generated results, AI Overviews, and generative search experiences.
• Measure performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Conductor, and related platforms.
• Track traffic, rankings, conversions, trends, AI Overview appearances, and emerging GEO indicators.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients through written communication, calls, and meetings.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization.
• Knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and iframes.
• Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Adobe, Search Console, and leading SEO tools.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt to different client styles.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work continental US-based hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, GA4, AI Overviews, Zapier, APIs, or other automation tools.
• Interest in emerging GEO measurement indicators such as generative citations and SERP volatility.
