Head of Information Security Department (Cybersecurity): Leading the information security and cybersecurity function for a technology-driven Ukrainian banking environment with an accent on regulatory compliance, risk management, and protection of critical information systems. Focus on building security policies, coordinating incident response, managing access and personal data protection, and working with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional banking teams.
Location: Ukraine; remote and hybrid working conditions are available.

is a fintech company developing a smart financial app and expanding its banking capabilities through the transformation of PIN Bank in Ukraine.
What you will do
- Lead and supervise the Bank's Information Security Department.
- Operate and improve the information security and cybersecurity framework.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate security monitoring, cybersecurity incident response, access management, and personal data protection.
- Manage information security risks and support operational risk management processes.
- Coordinate with IT, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, regulators, and external auditors.
Requirements
- Higher education in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of National Bank of Ukraine requirements and Ukrainian legislation concerning information security and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of network security, access management, and information systems protection principles.
- Leadership, analytical thinking, responsibility, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.
- Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and supervisory authorities.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent certification.
