What you will do

• Organize, manage, and supervise the Bank's Information Security Department.
• Maintain the Bank's information security and cybersecurity framework, policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Ukrainian legislation and National Bank of Ukraine requirements.
• Coordinate security monitoring, cybersecurity incident response, access management, personal data protection, and information systems protection.
• Manage information security risks and contribute to operational risk management.
• Coordinate with IT, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, regulators, and external auditors while reporting security updates to management.

Requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of National Bank of Ukraine regulatory requirements for information security and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of network security, access management, and information systems protection principles.
• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and responsibility skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or the financial sector.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.
• Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and supervisory authorities.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent certification.
