Corporate Communications, Senior Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated corporate communications and media relations programs.
• Lead internal communications that connect employees with the mission, culture, and business priorities.
• Craft executive communications, thought leadership content, and messaging frameworks.
• Build relationships with patient advocacy organizations and healthcare providers.
• Deliver compliant communications for product launches, clinical milestones, and corporate initiatives.
• Support strategic planning, media preparation, and cross-functional agency management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences, health technology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting executives and leading communications initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, judgment, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Healthcare and technology media relations experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical and scientific concepts into compelling stories.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and healthcare policy.
• Experience partnering with patient advocacy organizations, healthcare providers, and industry groups.
