Senior Technical Product Manager (MDM)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Drive delivery and adoption of the enterprise Master Data Management roadmap for trusted customer and merchant data.
• Own product backlogs, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, sprint commitments, and release planning.
• Translate business and stakeholder priorities into technical requirements, data specifications, integration requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Operationalize master data capabilities across CRM, onboarding, analytics, enterprise applications, and business workflows using golden-record and publish/subscribe patterns.
• Lead Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, testing, release readiness, training, documentation, and adoption activities.
• Define data quality, adoption, duplicate reduction, match confidence, cycle time, and operational efficiency metrics while mentoring delivery teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, product ownership, Master Data Management, or enterprise data delivery.
• Deep knowledge of golden records, entity resolution, survivorship, hierarchies, crosswalks, data quality, stewardship, and reference data management.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs, sprint execution, acceptance criteria, dependencies, release planning, and stakeholder prioritization.
• Understanding of APIs, REST services, event-driven architecture, streaming, CRM, ERP, onboarding, analytics, and cloud data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data profiling, data validation, matching logic, and enterprise data quality processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Reltio.
• Experience with MDM modernization, platform migrations, large-scale data transformation, or cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
• Knowledge of payments, merchant acquiring, financial services, KYC, CDD, risk, fraud, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, stewardship models, privacy requirements, and data quality scorecards.
• Agile, Product Management, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
