Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Parsons, West Virginia, USA; onsite 5 days a week

Salary: $75,800–$141,700 annually for Zone C roles; other U.S. salary zones range from $83,400–$155,900 and $90,900–$170,100.

What you will do

• Lead and develop mechanical and electrical maintenance professionals and team leads.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and OEE.
• Drive safety compliance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Partner with Operations to prioritize critical maintenance work and resources.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, spare parts inventory, shutdown planning, and execution.
• Provide maintenance input for capital projects and lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering is preferred.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3–5 years of people leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading mechanical and electrical technicians with strong hands-on shop floor experience.
• Strength in safety leadership, reliability improvement, root cause analysis, change management, and project management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and collaborate across all organizational levels.
