Industrial Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Mesquite, Texas, USA; full-time, on-site work required

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop the site maintenance team.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and OEE.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation troubleshooting.
• Manage CMMS/SAP planning, scheduling, and work execution.
• Oversee budgets, contractors, spare parts, capital projects, and cost controls.
• Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, DMAIC, and FMEA improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or capital project leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.
• Project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

Nice to have

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Process Safety Management experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement experience.
