Cyber Security Consulting - Managed Cyber Services (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance at the office or client site at least 2 days per week. Applicants for relevant UK roles must meet security clearance residency requirements, including British citizenship or 5 years of continuous UK residency where applicable.

What you will do

• Deliver cyber security assurance, secure-by-design activities, risk assessments, and control implementation across IT and OT environments.
• Act as a cyber security subject matter expert within client teams, advising on the design, implementation, and operation of security controls and technologies.
• Translate NCSC CAF, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and applicable regulation into clear, practical security requirements.
• Work with CISOs, BISOs, architects, engineers, product owners, delivery teams, suppliers, and other senior stakeholders.
• Own an assigned business area, product, or technology as a trusted partner between the managed service and internal stakeholders.
• Develop reusable tools, playbooks, guidance, patterns, and exemplars while coaching colleagues and contributing to the wider cyber security community.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering cyber security assurance or secure-by-design work across IT and/or OT environments.
• Experience with threat and risk assessments, practical security controls, and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, GDPR, PCI DSS, or NIS.
• Knowledge of one or more areas including cloud security, OT/IoT security, network security, infrastructure security, security architecture, or digital security.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements, communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders, and align technical and business groups.
• Some UK roles require UK security clearance and at least 5 years of continuous UK residency or British citizenship.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, SABSA, CEng, or ChSP, or willingness to work towards them.
• Experience in agile delivery environments, regulated industries, or critical national infrastructure.
• Experience shaping propositions, services, or operating models.

Hiring process
