Local Account Manager (Logistics)

Location: Kystvejen, Kastrup, Denmark; onsite at the Danish office

What you will do

• Manage and develop identified customer accounts across Denmark.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead Transition & Implementation activities when new business moves from sales into operational setup.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to deliver services and resolve issues.
• Manage customer information, business reviews, account administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, including business development and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience leading customer meetings and managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English is required; Danish is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
