Actuarial Summer Intern

Location: Remote within the United States, with a dedicated onsite week in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on the number of actuarial exams passed.

What you will do

• Support actuarial analyses for product development, financial management, and risk management initiatives.
• Compile, validate, and analyze data for actuarial studies, experience analyses, and management reporting.
• Assist with actuarial calculations, financial projections, reserve analyses, and analytical projects.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and results supporting actuarial models and business decisions.
• Collaborate with actuarial teammates and business partners on shared objectives.

Requirements

• Working toward a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, learn new skills, solve problems, and contribute ideas.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Must be located in the United States for the remote arrangement and attend the dedicated onsite week in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

• Progress toward actuarial credentialing.
