What you will do

• Research and prepare materials for pitch books, memorandums, presentations, and other projects.
• Develop financial models to analyze client-specific projects.
• Support deal teams working on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other advisory services.
• Collaborate with industry teams ranging from peer analysts to managing directors.
• Support client relations and business development activities for senior investment bankers.
• Maintain contact and deal databases and assist with daily deal-team responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current college junior; expected graduation in 2028.
• Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business major with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Financial knowledge and interest in financial modeling, macroeconomics, and current events.
• Strong judgment, discretion with confidential information, teamwork skills, and flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends when required.
