Sr. Product Manager I (Data Management)

What you will do

• Own product requirements, planning, development, production delivery, and client implementation for the core investment data management platform.
• Lead 1–2 scrum teams comprising 9–11 engineers.
• Build short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps for a scalable, automated, and resilient data platform.
• Prioritize product decisions using data-driven justification and align multiple development teams.
• Define release briefs covering client problems, target personas, value, priorities, and high-level solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, prospects, stakeholders, and development teams to identify, test, launch, and promote new capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning products throughout their lifecycle in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong investment management and capital markets knowledge, including security reference, trade, analytics, pricing, accounting, performance, risk, custody, equity, fixed income, and derivatives data.
• At least 5 years of experience with structured financial data management platforms, including master data management, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, or data lakehouses.
• Experience managing data pipeline and data management roadmaps covering data quality, governance, and information delivery.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and SQL databases.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

• Experience in asset management or insurance.
• CFA or FRM qualification.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM-based projects.
• Experience working with portfolio managers, traders, or researchers.
• Knowledge of private assets.
