TL;DR
Solutions Architect (GCP/Microservices): Designing modular architectures and integration layers with an accent on microservices, API contracts, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on defining Swagger/OpenAPI interfaces, securing integrations with OAuth2 and OIDC, and implementing observability across GCP and distributed systems.
Location: Hybrid, based in Alfragide (Lisbon), Portugal, with office attendance twice per week

What you will do
- Design modular architectures and microservices-based integration solutions.
- Define API contracts using Swagger and OpenAPI Specification.
- Develop data models with JSON Schema and Apache Avro.
- Use GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
- Implement observability with Datadog APM and distributed tracing across integration layers.
- Design secure integrations using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API keys, and secrets management.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as an Integration Architect or Solutions Architect.
- Strong experience with modular architecture, microservices design, API contracts, and data modeling.
- Solid knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Datadog.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- English at B2 level and Portuguese at C1 level.
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
