Production Tech 2 (Manufacturing)

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, United States; onsite in a laboratory/manufacturing environment

Salary: $18.89–$31.40 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Develop and apply test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems, completing rework when required.
• Prepare technical reports that summarize findings and recommend solutions.
• Assist with selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Must be a current temporary MKS employee performing Production Tech 2 work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement instruments.
• Experience testing digital and/or analog systems may be required.
• Ability to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Some positions may require U.S. person status for access to ITAR- or EAR-controlled goods and technologies.
