Salary: $97,050–$138,650 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, site surveys, and corrective actions to improve performance and compliance.
• Develop and execute facility-related projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to maintain service reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor energy use and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
• Prepare technical and economic analyses, engineering studies, reports, specifications, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical and electrical engineering capability.
• Strong theoretical, analytical, and quantitative skills with a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to perform data collection, spreadsheet management, and technical and economic analysis.
• Ability to assess energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a technical environment.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with green building technologies and rating systems, particularly LEED.
