DUV Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite factory role. The schedule is Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with flexibility for rotating day and night compressed shifts.

Salary: $24–$34 per hour.

What you will do

• Assemble, manufacture, and test complex lithography systems according to established procedures and technical product documentation.
• Identify, report, and help resolve technical, construction, and operational problems.
• Improve existing products and manufacturing processes and support the implementation of new processes.
• Coordinate production activities, monitor tools and materials, and follow the production plan.
• Support quality, standardization, efficiency, and effective collaboration across production and engineering teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of technical, mechanical, manufacturing, or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, information, and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom while wearing full protective gowning and safety equipment.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before beginning work.

Nice to have

• Experience assembling small parts.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, or SPC programs.
