What you will do

• Ensure stable, capable, and reproducible lithography processes in daily semiconductor manufacturing.
• Monitor process performance using SPC, process capability indicators, and manufacturing data analysis.
• Investigate process deviations, non-conforming lots, yield excursions, and quality issues, driving sustainable corrective actions.
• Design, execute, analyze, and document experiments focused on process capability, productivity, quality, yield, and cost performance.
• Support the qualification, release, and implementation of new processes, materials, and equipment, including technology transfers into production.
• Maintain process documentation, work instructions, OCAPs, specifications, and training materials while delivering technical training to production teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microsystems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, systematic approach to technical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Practical mindset with attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Good German and English communication skills, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a comparable high-tech production environment.
• Knowledge of lithography processes and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as 5Why and 8D, as well as FMEA and risk mitigation.
