Client Principal, AI Consulting (Energy, Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead market growth strategy and executive relationships across energy operators, oilfield services companies, and energy enterprises.
• Advise C-suite and VP stakeholders on AI adoption, from high-value use-case identification through production scaling.
• Own client acquisition, account expansion, P/L management, strategic account plans, and the full commercial lifecycle.
• Shape AI solutions for predictive maintenance, asset monitoring, computer vision, safety and compliance, document processing, geospatial data, LiDAR, and digital twins.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to oversee scope, timelines, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional consultants, data scientists, and engineers while contributing to thought leadership and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or digital transformation within energy, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of energy operations, digital transformation, and the upstream, midstream, or downstream value chain.
• Established executive network across energy operators or oilfield services companies.
• Strong business acumen, P/L management experience, and a record of managing enterprise clients and complex engagements.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and computer vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field; leadership and executive communication experience.
