Senior Product Manager (Trading API)

What you will do

• Shape the hirify.global Connect and Marketplace roadmap, including partner onboarding, approval, app discovery, distribution, OAuth, consent experiences, and platform utilities.
• Drive Trading API product strategy through customer and partner research, ROI analysis, competitive assessment, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, data, partnerships, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Own product metrics, analyze user funnels, identify opportunities, run experiments, and improve acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, trading volume, and revenue.
• Guide go-to-market execution and support product adoption, monetization, and partner ecosystem growth.
• Lead additional product initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, STEM, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Trading, or building a product independently.
• Deep interest in trading, markets, and financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Business acumen to balance user experience, stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
• Strategic thinking, self-direction, and exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling trading platforms, brokerage products, developer platforms, or integration marketplaces.
• Hands-on algorithmic trading experience.
• Technical experience with APIs or partner ecosystems.
• Experience owning growth metrics.
