Designer, User Research Technology

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite at the hirify.global office in Jacksonville, Florida, United States

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects with product, design, business, and engineering stakeholders.
• Identify high-value research opportunities and deliver insights that shape product and design decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative planning activities to build customer empathy and align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Frame customer insights around critical business questions and guide teams toward evidence-based actions.
• Build relationships with business and product leaders so research informs priorities, product direction, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end mixed-methods UX research.
• Experience with customer segmentation, Jobs-to-be-Done, in-depth interviews, surveys, and behavioral analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational environments, competing priorities, and limited information.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, 3 days per week.
• Current and future visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, payments, cloud computing, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with R, SPSS, Power BI, ATLAS.ti, or NVivo.
• Experience conducting research with global audiences and accounting for cultural, regional, and market differences.
• Master’s degree or PhD.
