Vice President (f/m/d) Gas Services Controls & Digitalization Europe & Africa: Controls & Digitalization

Location: Hybrid role based in Germany, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, or South Africa; extensive regional and international travel of more than 50% is required.

What you will do

• Lead the Controls, Electrical, and Digitalization service business across Europe and Africa.
• Develop and execute multi-product growth strategies, operational ramp-ups, and market penetration plans.
• Own regional P&L performance, business planning, forecasting, channel management, and financial targets.
• Lead business development, direct sales, aftermarket services, and strategic customer partnerships.
• Manage enterprise risks and ensure high ethical, safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multicultural teams while driving digital transformation and process simplification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, business management, or a related field.
• Extensive sales, service, or project execution experience in the power generation industry.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution; direct P&L responsibility is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams across remote and local settings.
• Strong experience in direct sales, aftermarket services, or complex multidisciplinary project execution.
• Fluent English is required; willingness to travel more than 50% regionally and internationally is essential.
