Senior IAM Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise IAM solutions across CIAM, PAM, and IGA.
• Architect integrations across hybrid, multi-cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Design PAM capabilities including vaulting, session monitoring, credential rotation, and least-privilege models.
• Lead IGA integrations, lifecycle automation, role engineering, and access certification frameworks.
• Build automation with PowerShell, Python, and Bash for provisioning, deprovisioning, compliance, and access certification.
• Maintain federation and SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM, while advancing ITDR and identity-risk monitoring.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks, IAM architecture, IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, and directory services.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, GCP IAM, and regulatory standards such as NYDFS, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Atlanta is required, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
