Manager, Solution Delivery (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Solution Delivery team spanning configuration, data, QA, technical architecture, offshore resources, and partners.
• Manage capacity, staffing, utilization, gross margin, revenue forecasting, work-planner accuracy, and portfolio health using system-validated data.
• Evaluate solution decisions within the Salesforce ecosystem and cloud delivery architectures while establishing technical reviews, readiness gates, and quality controls.
• Partner with Project Managers on change control, delivery risks, customer adoption, and alignment between technical execution and committed scope.
• Improve delivery operations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC through regional ownership, structured handoffs, and follow-the-sun practices.
• Introduce responsible generative AI and automation into configuration and testing workflows, measuring their effect on efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in SaaS implementation or service delivery.
• Experience managing complex, multi-region implementations and balancing capacity, utilization, quality, delivery velocity, and financial performance.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce, cloud delivery architectures, and relational database concepts.
• Experience establishing technical governance, peer reviews, migration checks, readiness reviews, and other repeatable quality controls.
• Experience managing teams across onshore, offshore, remote, partner, and multiple regional environments.
• Experience using operational data, KPIs, capacity planning, and analytics to identify staffing, financial, and execution risks.

• Experience scaling or transforming a global or offshore delivery organization into a centralized, repeatable model.
• Experience building or automating follow-the-sun delivery models.
• Demonstrated use of AI or automation in configuration, testing, or technical delivery with measurable efficiency improvements.
