What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for clients seeking Clinical Outcome Assessment licensing and translation services.
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, timelines, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
• Manage client requests from proposal through final delivery, including invoicing coordination.
• Coordinate internal teams and monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverable quality.
• Participate in client meetings, project discussions, negotiations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to knowledge management and special projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client services, project management, or another client-facing role.
• Experience with COA/eCOA licensing, translation, or linguistic validation projects is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and as part of a global team.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also required.
