Product Manager — Industrial Process Cooling, EMEA (HVAC)

Location: Tribano, Padova, Italy; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: €52,400–€74,304.99

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, portfolio investments, and lifecycle plans for industrial process cooling solutions across EMEA.
• Translate customer, market, and technical insights into product requirements, feature priorities, and differentiated value propositions.
• Assess process cooling, thermal management, fluid cooling and heating, and sustainable industrial operation trends.
• Develop business cases and support product launches, commercialization, positioning, sales enablement, and market introduction planning.
• Monitor revenue, margin, adoption, competitive position, and customer satisfaction across the product line.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, marketing, service, regional teams, and customers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related business or technical role.
• Strong understanding of industrial process cooling markets, applications, and trends.
• Experience leading products or portfolios in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial process cooling systems, chillers, heat pumps, thermal management, HVAC hydronics, or refrigeration.
• Understanding of industrial customer processes in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing, battery, or other temperature-critical sectors.
• Knowledge of fluid temperature control, pumping, heat exchangers, heat recovery, controls, refrigerants, and energy optimization.
• Experience in a global industrial or climate technology environment.
