Enterprise Platform Advisor (Public Sector)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; office-based 4–5 days per week. The role includes approximately 20% annual travel to engage with strategic customers.

Base salary: $125,000–$225,000 USD per year, with potential discretionary bonus and eligibility for certain equity awards.

What you will do

• Govern customer account strategies by translating business goals into prioritized roadmaps and executive action plans.
• Lead adoption initiatives that enable customers to build, manage, and scale hirify.global applications independently.
• Monitor account health and mitigate business, program, implementation, and technical risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop data-backed business cases for additional software investment.
• Advise engineering teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives on aligning technology with corporate strategy.
• Recommend process improvements and technology solutions involving artificial intelligence to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical or analytical field; equivalent experience is not accepted in lieu of the degree.
• 10+ years of combined experience in technology, enterprise account strategy, or technical consulting.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor, guiding technical teams, and delivering measurable business value for enterprise customers.
• Understanding of large-scale enterprise platforms, system integration, and complex software architectures.
• Strong operational organization, project management, and Agile software development experience.
• Ability to work in the McLean office 4–5 days per week and travel approximately 20% annually.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in customer success management, program management, account management, or executive advisory services.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, deploying, or testing SaaS or PaaS solutions.
• Foundational knowledge of advanced data architecture or enterprise architecture frameworks.
