Program Analyst

Location: Fully onsite in Arlington, VA, United States

Salary: $62,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide administrative and management support for federal research portfolios, including quarterly and annual reviews, site visits, workshops, and other events.
• Prepare, review, and route investment packages through client business management systems.
• Monitor investment package and portfolio schedules, budgets, metrics, and execution plans.
• Validate data across external systems, internal business systems, briefs, and reports; document discrepancies and escalate issues.
• Prepare reports on delayed, high-priority, and non-core-budget investment packages.
• Process and track Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests and Fundamental Research Security Reviews in accordance with applicable standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience monitoring programs and/or projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to gather, compile, and analyze facts; draw conclusions; and develop solutions to complex issues.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, facilitation, and document-preparation skills.
• DHS Suitability clearance or eligibility is required.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Arlington, VA.
