What you will do
- Build and maintain the orchestration engine for multi-step autonomous agents that investigate, reason about, and act on complex security operations.
- Develop backend services and APIs to deploy AI capabilities safely and at scale.
- Manage tool use, state management, retries, evaluation, and reliability across agentic workflows.
- Translate AI research findings into production-grade autonomous workflows in collaboration with AI researchers.
- Own observability and performance for agentic systems operating in customer environments.
Requirements
- Mid-to-senior engineering experience or relevant technical military experience.
- Strong backend engineering background focused on ML and AI systems.
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bridge research with product engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable agent-orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks and observability for non-deterministic AI systems.
