AI and Data Science Team Lead (AWS/Generative AI): Leading the development and deployment of production-grade AI systems and enterprise MLOps platforms with an accent on RAG pipelines, graph-based reasoning, and scalable AWS architecture. Focus on mentoring AI and data science teams, designing secure architectures, optimizing LLM reasoning and latency, and translating customer constraints into measurable business outcomes.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage Data Scientists and AI Engineers while setting technical direction and engineering standards.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI systems, including large-scale RAG pipelines, Text-to-SQL GenBI agents, and AI document processing solutions.
- Build secure enterprise MLOps platforms on AWS with CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, and monitoring.
- Develop graph-based AI agents and graph-embedding solutions using technologies such as Neo4j.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to define architectures, governance guardrails, and validation layers.
- Balance rapid delivery with production rigor across startup and enterprise environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing, deploying, and managing production-grade Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring AI engineering or data science teams.
- Deep architectural expertise in AWS and large-scale cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, deep learning frameworks, domain-specific prompting, vector search, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong experience with graph databases, including Neo4j, and scalable high-volume data pipelines.
- M.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; fluent Hebrew and English required.

- Experience defining architectural standards for milestones such as AWS ML Competency.
