Salary: $165,000 - $235,000

What you will do

• Develop and guide the engineering roadmap and major product decisions
• Collaborate with top technology companies to build scalable, innovative products
• Work closely with client engineering teams to prioritize product improvements and features
• Establish excellent engineering practices and build a solid software foundation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
• Lead product strategy and engineering direction in partnership with product designers and safety experts

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven track record building platform-level software from the ground up
• Experience with modern open source frameworks and cloud technologies
• Strong initiative and comfort with ambiguity
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to have

• 2+ years in client-facing roles with customer interaction
• Experience in startups or building products from 0 to 1
• Background in social media, marketplace, or media companies with knowledge of abuse vectors
