Full Stack Java Engineer (WFM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and accessible web applications with React, TypeScript, reusable components, and state management.
• Develop REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and implement integrations using webhooks, messaging, and enterprise systems.
• Design microservices, event-driven solutions, PostgreSQL data models, and performance-focused queries.
• Containerize applications and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Improve production reliability through observability, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaboration with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including ownership of production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, distributed applications, SQL data models, and PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience deploying or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications, with knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability, and secure software delivery.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies, plus strong technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management applications, Customer Experience solutions, contact centers, or Amazon Connect.
• Experience with AWS, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, CRM, identity, HR, payroll, or analytics integrations.
• Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, adherence, routing, agent desktops, digital channels, or related operational concepts.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted software development or AI-enabled solutions, including Claude or GitHub Copilot.
