Social Media Concept Creator (AI)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany; flexible remote work is available for one day per week.

What you will do

• Develop social-first ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital formats.
• Choose the right format for each concept, including document posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, Shorts, and full YouTube episodes.
• Build recurring content formats and concept campaigns around launches, exhibitions, and exercises.
• Develop editorial concepts for long-form videos, documentaries, and seasonal series.
• Write production briefs covering the hook, story arc, shot list, visual references, and content restrictions.
• Track relevant references and trends, adapting them into concepts appropriate for a defence technology company.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience concepting social-first posts and campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
• Portfolio showing originated work that went live, including individual posts, a recurring format, and a campaign.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube formats; TikTok experience is also relevant.
• Strong sense of format, story structure, hooks, tension, and payoffs.
• Short, specific writing in English is required.
• Ability to demonstrate ideas through phone footage, rough cuts, storyboards, moodboards, or single-frame concepts.
