Intern (Business Operations and Analytics)

Location: Windsor, United Kingdom; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the Windsor office. Unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom is required for the full six-month internship.

What you will do

• Support Professional Services with data analysis, reporting, business updates, and operational tracking.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using CRM, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Prepare data and summaries for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
• Assist with CRM data quality checks, opportunity tracking, pipeline reviews, and forecast preparation.
• Analyze bookings, revenue, utilization, backlog, and other business metrics.
• Support resource planning, process improvement, ad hoc data requests, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• School leaver, current student, or recent graduate in business, data analytics, economics, finance, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business data.
• Good Excel skills and willingness to learn CRM, reporting, and dashboard tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach.
• Curiosity about technology, data, business operations, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; unrestricted UK work authorization is required.
