Marketplace Operations Lead (Mobility)

Location: West London, United Kingdom; office-based four days a week with one remote day of choice

Base salary: £65,000–£90,000 per year

What you will do

• Own marketplace health metrics for the London business, including fulfillment rates, ETAs, chauffeur utilization, and cancellations.
• Design, test, and optimize localized pricing structures and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Develop chauffeur incentive programs to stabilize supply during peak hours and high-demand events.
• Improve marketplace liquidity, service reliability, and earnings through data-driven operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering on matching algorithms, dispatch logic, and operational tooling.
• Build frameworks that support the scaling of the luxury ride-hailing product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment.
• Advanced SQL proficiency is strictly required, including querying large datasets, building dashboards, and conducting independent quantitative analysis.
• Experience moving from data-driven hypotheses to hands-on execution and operational implementation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in real-time operating environments.
• Ability to work from the West London office four days per week, with one remote day of choice.

• Marketplace, pricing, or driver operations experience at a mobility, on-demand, or location-based services platform.
• Experience building and scaling operational processes, automated workflows, or analytics frameworks from scratch.
